Lori Leach is a licensed professional counselor (LPC), an approved LPC supervisor, and a certified clinical hypnotherapist. She has over 20 years of experience working in health care, university, and community service settings. Her practice is limited to individual work with adults, and her focus is primarily on issues of stress and anxiety management, wellness enhancement, and adjustment/life transition issues. She is also available for LPC supervision.
Ms. Leach’s goal is the enhancement of personal well-being. Her belief is that we each have the ability to make healthy choices for ourselves, both physically and emotionally. Her work has a strong foundation in the mind-body connection and she often uses hypnosis to help clients empower themselves when making healthier lifestyle choices. She has extensive training and certification in clinical hypnosis through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH), and can use this technique to augment traditional talk therapy, if this is a viable choice for you.
